Great Golf Season, Starts Here

After a great year on playing Golf, sadly 2013 is coming to a end. But with all the sunny and great weather we have had this year we can all appreciate the great season, especially after the last few years! It truly has been a pleasure in playing golf this year for many. With all the great tournaments throughout the UK and Worldwide even Tiger Woods only recently admitted that he was genuinely surprised at the level of competition in the tournaments these days, which is great for all the keen and budding golfers.

With the new PGA Tour season starting in October, yes we will wind down in our tournaments in the UK, but worldwide this is where things really hot up.

Some of the top players such as defending champion Graeme McDowell, Rory McIlroy, Lee Westwood and Ian Poulter are all expected to compete. The tournament starts on December 5-8th, and is held in the sunny California, in the USA, obviously there is expected to be a large turnout for this prestigious occasion. Tiger said “It’s our deepest and strongest field that we’ve had, possibly ever,” Woods told the PGA Tour’s official website earlier this week. Besides the world’s best player himself, the field will be boosted by Americans Brandt Snedeker, Zach Johnson, Bubba Watson, Jim Furyk, Keegan Bradley, Steve Stricker Jason Dufner, Matt Kuchar, and Hunter Mahan, which won’t help our fellow English players out this year, Justin Rose among them.
