as using or purchasing from our website means you agree to them.
Ordering, Delivery & Returns
You can buy products from us online, or by telephone. Soon after an
order is placed, you will receive a worldpay email confirmation for
the transaction amount. This means your bank has authorised the transaction,
but does not guarantee our acceptance of the order. If we accept your
order, we will send you an email confirmation once the goods have been
despatched.
You can pay by American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Electron
or Delta. All transactions are processed using a secure server.
The prices displayed on our website are in British pounds.
We aim to deliver within the UK in around five days, however most goods
purchased online will be despatched the same or next working day and
delivery within two days. Worldwide delivery times vary (please contact
us for approximate delivery times to your country). We will not be held
liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. Please contact us
as soon as possible if your item doesn't arrive when expected, and we
will investigate.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, for whatever reason, please return
the goods to us in a re-saleable condition by recorded delivery - within
30 days - for a full refund. (We will pay return postage costs too if
we are at fault)

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and
Wales, but do not affect your statutory rights.
When placing an order with The Golf Gift Shop, you are making an offer
to purchase the goods contained within that order. We reserve the right
to accept or decline that offer.
We do our utmost to ensure that the prices displayed on our website
are correct. However we reserve the right to validate those prices before
we process your order.
We will not accept liability for any errors in the description of goods
on the website, and can change those descriptions at any time. We will
however do our utmost to correct any problems as soon as we become aware
of them.
The Golf Gift Shop can only be held liable for loss up to the cost of
the product(s) purchased.
We will not be responsible for any losses resulting from your use, or
your inability to use our website
We do not guarantee that our website is free from viruses or other infecting
programmes
You may view and print out our pages for the sole purpose of buying
a product or products. The copyright belongs to The Golf Gift Shop.
You may not use pictures, logos, graphics, text or descriptions on our
site for any other use.
The Golf Gift Shop site contains links to other websites, which are
provided to enhance our shopping experience, but these sites are not
under our control. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage
caused by using these sites, which extends to the information, products
or services displayed on those sites.
